Mindy Grossman

Named four times as one of Forbes’ 100 Most Powerful Women. The Financial Times listed her as one of the top 50 people in world business twice. Fortune anointed her as the 22nd Top person in Business. Fast Company? It called her one of the Top 100 Most Creative People in Business. She is Mindy Grossman, and she is force of nature.

Throughout a 40-year career, she has played leading roles in transforming Nike, Ralph Lauren, and HSN and WW (Weight Watchers)— which were two companies she led as CEO.

At HSN, she led it to become one of the top 10 most trafficked and innovative e-commerce sites during the early days of online commerce. Under her leadership, she took the company public at a stock price of $10 and grew it to $55 per share, which was the price upon her departure 7 years later. At WW, working with Oprah Winfrey as her partner, she complexly transformed the company into a leader in promoting well-being.

Grossman serves on many for-profit and philanthropic Boards, including Bloomin’ Brands, the National Retail Federation, the Fashion Institute of Technology, the Wharton School of Business, Fanatics, and UNICEF.
