For over 40 years, during the triumphs and tribulations of the world’s largest insurance company, there was one executive whose Entrepreneurial Thinking drove innovation, launched new businesses, and pushed what is a behemoth company forward. That person is Ralph Mucerino.
An illustration of how Entrepreneurial Thinking can be deployed in the largest of organizations, Mucerino was tapped to build businesses and initiatives within AIG throughout his career. His distinguished career includes serving as the CEO of the Far East, a $3.5 billion business, based in Tokyo; CEO of Africa-Middle East and opening of AIG’s office in Israel, and establishing the foundation for AIG’s expansion into Egypt. Each of these assignments highlighted Mucerino’s unusual ability to create new initiatives and innovate within a Fortune 100 company.
Mucerino rethought AIG’s approach to broker and client management, transforming a $35 billion business and serviced as the CEO of AIG’s Global Marine and Energy business, which is one of the most successful and innovative globally.
Mucerino provides advisory, speaking, and coaching services to individuals and companies worldwide, with an emphasis on those launching new international operations.
